Commercial model: Prefers OPEX over CAPEX; phased approach with lower initial investment.

Tencent Cloud has a native iPaaS product that fits: configuration-driven integration flows, pre-built connectors, and visual orchestration.
New partner onboarding becomes a config task, not a dev project — directly answers the stated requirement.

API Gateway

Full API lifecycle management. Secure partner-facing API exposure, auth, throttling, monitoring.

Requirement received: AI Gateway combined with TokenHub — unified access to multiple LLM models behind a single managed gateway.

TokenHub provides single-endpoint access to multiple foundation models with centralized token/quota management and governance.
AI Gateway layer adds routing, rate limiting, observability, and cost control across models — ideal for an enterprise AI platform.
Requirement already captured; opportunity is to position the combined Gateway + TokenHub architecture.

Next step Meeting scheduled tentatively 16 or 18 September — awaiting confirmation. Prepare AI Gateway + TokenHub presentation deck once date is locked.

Client feedback: Double-check the product mapping — some products are missing from the current AWS-to-Tencent Cloud comparison.

Current mapping has gaps that need to be validated before the response goes back to the client.
Each AWS service in scope must have a confirmed Tencent Cloud equivalent — or an explicit note where no direct equivalent exists.
Completeness of this mapping directly affects AIS's confidence in the winback proposal.

Next step Validate and close mapping gaps, then send feedback to K'Joke and K'Nueng once the mapping is confirmed complete.
